Burns Land Services rises above industry standards to provide a superior product in various areas including: Project Management for drill sites, midstream pipeline projects, 3D seismic imagery and ROW acquisition.

BLS is proficient in all aspects of land work including title and abstract research, lease and ROW acquisition, resolution of compliance issues, surface use, due diligence, runsheets and curative.  

We consistently represent client interest with honesty and integrity while developing strong working relationships with multidisciplinary contacts.

Chris Burns himself has been a 20-year member of AAPL, past Permian Basin (PBLA), current San Antonio (SAAPL) and past Fort Worth Association (FWAPL). He is currently TEC ROW certified and Incorporated as Burns Land Service, Inc., a Texas Corporation.
