The past ten years have presented those in our industry with a challenging set of obstacles. Mounting pressure from poor prices and hostile opposition from our overseas competitors have slowed any growth and stifled an already anemic economy. BLS maintains confidence that the recent downturn, although serious, is slowly improving and that there will be brighter days ahead. With positive outlook and patience, we can plan for the future. During drastic corrections of this magnitude, there are always opportunities that arise. The current
environment will evolve and present an exciting place of entry for new investment and startup companies who found themselves outside of the last boom. Those who are now willing to step into the spotlight will be rewarded in the imminent progress.
BLS is eager to find those prospects that will move us in the right direction. We are sensitive to the
climate and know many companies find themselves in a difficult situation near term, but seemingly are improving each quarter.
